Once an order has been placed, we cannot add any items or make any changes. We can however still help.
If the order has not been processed, we can easily cancel the order. You can then revisit our website and order again, adding the extra item(s) as required. Just get in touch with our support team if you wish to do this.
As we do not take payment for the order until it is picked and processed, there is usually no need for a refund at this stage. If you paid by paypal, there may be a slight delay in them releasing the funds back to your bank account.
Once the order has been processed we cannot make any changes to the order.
