Can I return a used item?

Once an item as been used, we cannot accept the item back for a refund or exchange.

The item can no longer be considered new and cannot be resold to another customer.

The exception to this would be if the item has a fault covered by our standard one year warranty.

We would consider an item used if it is not in the exact same condition as it was sold to you. This means that the item is completely unused, with all tags and labels still attached, boxes, packaging and accessories still sealed if appropriate and undamaged.
