Are your shops open?
We have closed our shops to the public. This was introduced to protect our staff and customers and to help maintain social distancing. Can I still place an order online?
Yes, you can still order online or on the telephone. We are currently processing all our orders as normal.Do you still offer a same day dispatch service?
Yes, we have had to bring our last order time for same day dispatch forward to mid-day due to our reduced staffing levels and restrictions from our couriers. If you order before mid-day, your order should be dispatched on that very same day.Do I need to sign for my order?
No, both Royal Mail and Parcelforce are operating with updated contactless delivery procedures. Their staff have been advised to reduce contact with customers where possible. For further information please refer to the Royal Mail and Parcelforce websites. Are deliveries times affected?
The vast majority of our orders are arriving on time. Our carriers have suspended their service level guarantees due to staff shortages and increased parcel volumes in the delivery network. As such, we have had to do the same. We appreciate your patience should any delays occur. Can I still return items?
Yes, please follow our normal 90 day returns policy. We recommend following social distancing and government advice when returning your parcel. What measures are in place to protect our staff and customers?
We have taken many steps to protect our staff and customers. We are following all UK Government advice on safe working practices and social distancing. Where possible, our staff have been asked to work from home. Where this is not possible, we have implemented measures including reduced staffing levels, regular hand cleaning and frequent disinfection of regularly contacted surfaces. Is it safe to receive a package from an area where COVID-19 has been reported?
The World Health Organisation currently states on their website that the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.
