Are your shops open?
Our Stirling store is now open due to non-essential retail opening in line with government legislation as from the 26th of April 2021.

Our mail order and online services still resume as normal with express delivery options available.

Will the opening hours be as before?
No, when our stores do open, they will be operating reduced opening hours for the foreseeable future. Please see our opening hours for more information.

Can I still place an order online?
Yes, you can still order online or on the telephone. We are currently processing and dispatching our orders as normal.

Do you still offer a same day dispatch service?
Yes, all orders will be dispatched the same day as long as the order is placed before 2pm.

Do I need to sign for my order?
No, both Royal Mail and Parcelforce are operating with updated contactless delivery procedures. Their staff have been advised to reduce contact with customers where possible. For further information please refer to the Royal Mail and Parcelforce websites.

Are deliveries times affected?
The vast majority of our orders are arriving on time. However it would be sensible to expect and plan for delays. Our carriers have suspended their service level guarantees due to staff shortages and increased parcel volumes in the delivery network. As such, we have had to do the same. We appreciate your patience should any delays occur.

Can I still return items?
Yes, please follow our normal 90 day returns policy. We recommend following social distancing and government advice when returning your parcel.

What measures are in place to protect our staff and customers?
We are following all UK Government advice on safe working practices and social distancing. We have implemented measures including reduced staffing levels, regular hand cleaning and frequent disinfection of regularly contacted surfaces. When coming in-store, please shop alone where possible and we will limit the number of customers within the store at any one time. A hand sanitising station will be available and we ask our customers to follow all government recommendations. Our staff will be available to assist and signage will be displayed to remind you of how to stay safe during this difficult time.

Is it safe to receive a package from an area where COVID-19 has been reported?
The World Health Organisation currently states on their website that the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.
