I've lost my receipt, can I still return an item?

We need proof of purchase to be able to accept a return.
A proof of purchase can be in the form of an order number, transaction number, invoice, receipt or bank statement that matches a transaction on our records.

If you purchased the item online you can see all your previous transactions in your account.

If you purchased the item in store but no longer have your receipt, we recommend checking your bank account or card statement. If you can provide us with a date and amount we can search for the transaction on our systems and hopefully help you.
