What does On Demand mean?

When an item is marked as On Demand, it means we do not currently hold stock of that item.

You can still order this item but dispatch of your order will be delayed by approximately 7 - 10 working days.

Once we receive your order, we will contact the supplier to confirm stock availability. If the product is not available within that time-frame we will contact you as soon as we can.

When an item is marked as "In Stock" you can be confident we have the item available, ready to ship. Our website is linked to our store room using the latest computer controlled stock system, showing you our live stock availability - 24 hours a day.
