Can I use my in-store voucher online?

In-store vouchers can not be used online.

If you have received an in-store voucher, this looks like a receipt with a barcode.

This cannot be used online but we are able to convert your voucher to an eVoucher by returning it to us.  

Please return the physical in-store voucher back to our address below:

*Please note that the return postage costs and insurance for non-delivery or damage remain the responsibility of the customer. 

When sending this back, it is important you include the following:

Your name

A contact telephone number

A note requesting the in-store voucher is converted to an eVoucher and an email address we can send the eVoucher to

Once this is returned back to us, we can process and convert the in-store voucher into an eVoucher.

We will send you the eVoucher code to the email address on your note. Please ensure this is correct and accurate.
