Unless you have selected our Saturday delivery service, your order will normally be delivered between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
We offer a special Parcelforce Saturday Delivery option to selected postcodes within the UK. You can place your order up to a week in advance and select Saturday Delivery during the checkout, we will then hold your order for delivery on the following Saturday.
All orders on a Saturday service are dispatched on a Friday evening.
Please ensure someone will be available all day at the delivery address to accept the parcel.
The delivery may take place any time between 9am and 3pm.
The cut off time for Saturday Delivery is 2pm on Friday afternoon.
Orders placed after this time will be held over the weekend and delivered on the following Saturday.
If your order does not arrive on the Saturday after paying for a Saturday service, this will be back out for delivery on the next working day i.e Monday.
If this is the case, please contact our support team to inform us so we can assist with reimbursement on postage costs.
