Please bring the item back to the store, within 90 days from the date of purchase for your choice of an exchange or refund.
The item must be unused and in exactly the same condition as when you bought it, with all labels still attached and all packaging intact.
It is important you provide a proof of purchase to help us process the return, this can be in the form of a till receipt or credit card statement. We cannot accept an in store return without some form of proof of purchase.
If you purchased the item in store but no longer have your receipt, we recommend checking your bank account or card statement.
If you can provide us with a date and amount we can search for the transaction on our systems and hopefully help you. Without this exact information, it is not possible for us to find the transaction.
Refunds will be made in the same method as the original payment, so if you paid by credit card please remember to bring the same card with you for the refund.
