Royal Mail will send you an email and/or text alert on the day of delivery.
This interactive service gives you between a 30 and 90 minute delivery window and also allows you to reschedule your delivery to a more appropriate day if required.
You can also choose to have your parcel sent directly to your local post office for collection, delivery to a neighbour or if possible, arrange a safe place for delivery.
