Why was my payment declined?

Payment can be declined for a number of reasons. The payment provider does not give us the specific reason for refusing the payment.


If your payment is declined, please try ordering again on our website. If the problem persists we suggest contacting your bank.


Here are a range of potential reasons:


  • Mistake when typing the card number, expiry date or security code
  • Your bank has refused the transaction as part of their security checks
  • Card expiry date is in the past
  • The reserved funds have passed their time limit
  • Insufficient funds
  • You have not completed the authentication
