We cannot edit or make any changes to an order once it has been placed. We can however still help.
If the order has not been processed, we can easily cancel the order. You can then revisit our website and order again, editing the item(s) as required. Just get in touch with our support team if you wish to do this.
Upon cancellation of your order, your pending payment should be released, back to your bank account.
However, if the order has been processed we cannot make any changes to the order.
