When is payment taken for my order?

Once you complete the check-out, the payment will be pending in your bank account or reserved in Paypal.


We capture and take the payment for your order once our team have picked, checked and processed your order. This will normally be during normal working hours and may be several hours after the order is placed.


We will confirm this by email as soon as it happens, if you do not receive this email before 3pm on your estimated dispatch date please contact us.
