Can I add something to my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot add any items or make any changes. We can however still help.


If the order has not been processed, we can easily cancel the order. You can then revisit our website and order again, adding the extra item(s) as required. Just get in touch with our support team if you wish to do this.


Upon cancellation of your order, your pending payment should be released, back to your bank account.


If the order has been processed we cannot make any changes to the order.
