My parcel is late, what do I do now?

If you are unfortunate enough to experience a delay and you have a tracked service, please contact our support team who will investigate the delay and contact the carrier to ensure the problem is resolved.


If you have paid extra for one of our express delivery options and the delay was no fault of your own, please let us know.


If your order value was below £75.00 and you paid for an express delivery, you may only be entitled to a partial refund as the order would have incurred a standard delivery postage fee regardless.


The partial refund will be the difference in amount between the standard delivery postage fee and the express postage fee.
